    I had to lose 50 pounds (I am barely 5'2") before I could tell that I had lost any weight. It was at that point that other people could start seeing a difference too. It's discouraging at times but keep doing what you are doing and I can tell a difference!!!!!

    My ticker only reflects the weight I have lost since MFP. I am 6 lbs away from 100 down total.
