30 Day Shred question.

I just started this workout today. Are you supposed to do this everyday since it's a 30 day thing? I am about 100 pounds overweight and was planning on doing it 3 days a week to give my muscles a break, but I want it to work right and am unsure if it needs to be 30 consecutive days or not

It's supposed to be a consecutive 30 day thing, but I am only doing it every other day if I can't make it to the gym. I planned on doing hard cardio at the gym and on "rest" days between do 30 DS. However, this weekend I couldn't make it to the gym so I did it 2 days in a row. I think it's whatever is best for you!0

Being a beginner myself. You need to start off with what your body can handle. In my opinion you should stick with the 3 day plan and build up to more. Hope this helped and best of luck and most of all don't give up.

Thanks everyone. I hope I can still see some results with only doing it 3 days a week.0
