hello,
I HAVE BEEN DOING LOTS OF LEG LUNGES AND ARM EXERCISES... USING WEIGHTS WOULD THAT NOT GO WHERE THE STRENGTH TRAINING SECTION IS...... WELL WILL SOME ONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW I WOULD WORD THAT SO I CAN PUT IT INTO THE SECTION............. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUSTRATED

    Are you talking about logging your exercise so it shows calories burned? If so, you can log it under Cardiovascular, click the Database tab & look for Strength Training. Or you could also choose Circuit Training, depending on what best fits the workout you did.

    I just put it all under cardio, to be honest. I wear a heart rate monitor when I work out so I know how many calories I burn, that I don't have to search in the database. Makes things much easier. Sorry I can't be more help. Just wanted you to know you're not alone. I went in there once & thought it was way too complicated. :)
