To start:
Tuna carpaccio (sauce on side) or
Smoked salmon (creme fraiche on side)
Main:
Nicoise salad (dressing on side)
Grilled chicken (provencale sauce obviously, not butter)
Seafood linguine
Some good options - can keep it low cal easily if you avoid the mains that have creamy sauces. ENJOY!0 -
It's definitely going to be the tuna- if have the salmon starter too, I'll be positively GLOWING from all the Omega-3.0
