Okay if you will look into my recent diary you would see that I pass my sodium goal. I want to know does this matter If you only drink water? Will it still stop weight loss or try to slow me down?

People have varying sensitivities to sodium, so it's different from person to person. I drink only water (and lots of it) and 1-2 cups of coffee per day but will put on a bunch of weight if I go near that 2500mg/day mark. It shouldn't stop weight loss in terms of actual fat loss, but can easily mask that number on the scale with water retention so you can't tell the difference.
Your diary isn't open, by the way.0 -
Oh okay sorry about that the diary is public now.0

I had a look at your diary, usually sodium intake should be below 2500mg, I find if I go over that I gain a lot of water weight, also I think you need to up your calories to at least 1200, having less than that will send your body into starvation mode and you will not loose weight, Just some friendly advice,,Hope you have a great day.0
