Like Whitesnake sang so eloquently back in 1987, here I go again, hoping not on my own though. . .

I've been here off and on for about 2 years. . .I've had some moderate success, I was once down to 220 lbs, but I struggle so hard with motivation. . .

I fall off the wagon and fall back into old habits. . .Last time I was here was in early July and was floundering in the 252-254 range. . .in the time off though, I have managed to find an addtional 10 ppunds, oooph. . .

I know it's more than just "diet" and "excercise". . .I need to make that lifestyle change that incorporates those two aspects into my daily routine. . .

So if you see a little of yourself in this please feel free to add me. . .I'm really gonna try to be here, logging, talking and re-distributing this weight. . .

    You're already added :0)

Just remember, though it's a lifestyle change...you can't change it all at once.

    Start small...and build on that.

**I started with drinking water more often. Stuck a post-it note on my computer at work to drink 16 oz every two hours. It worked. Now I drink it and don't need the reminder. Went from 2-4 glasses a day to 10-12 or even more.
**When it came to exercise, I find I'm better if I have a program to follow. Whether it's finding one on the internet (suggest c25k) or even a "challenge" group on here. Something to get you up and moving.

What ive found to make it easier is dedicating myself one day at a time (yes just like alcoholism haha). I wake up every morning and promise myself I will do my best to treat my body with respect and to stay within my goals.

You can def do it :) and just like it was previously stated: anyone who can incorporate whitesnake into weight loss is a friend of mine! :)
