    This doesn't seem accurate...I haven't had a banana in weeks and I eat a lot of peanut butter and lunchmeat, where are they?

    I noticed the same thing! I go through "food phases" and some of my top 10 I haven't had in months, but they are still up there because I ate so damn much of them, haha

    My most used foods are:

    1. Coffee with skim milk or 1%
    2. Whole wheat bread toast (with either peanut butter and half of a medium banana or butter and honey)
    3. Grilled or baked salmon or chicken with baked potato or sweet potato
    4. Kashi or special K cereal with skim milk or 1%
    5. Raw almonds - no salt
    6. Fruits: watermelon, berries, apples, etc.
    7. Greek nonfat yogurt
    8. Fresh express salads with tomatoes, onions avocado and carrots with apple cider vinegar and olive oil, dash of black pepper and crushed red pepper
    9. Dark chocolate bar shared with my husband once a week or sugar free chocolate ice pops
    10. 4 egg white omelette with veggies, hot salsa and 2 corn tortillas
