What keeps you motivated?

My hubby says last night "What keeps you motivated to keep at this?" and I honestly do not know. I am losing weight VERY slowly which has been the way it's been the whole time (over 18 months) but I still keep track of calories, go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week, walk on other days, attempt to stay within my macros, eat cleaner than ever used to, etc. I did not have and still am not sure of an exact answer to the question, though. I like the changes I see and I feel like I am doing good things for my health but is that enough? Or am I overthinking it?

So what is keeping you motivated?
