    I'm an Administrative Assistant also. I love my job except the food people bring in or we have catered.

    I'm a Rehab Office Specialist aka secretary in a Rehab office. I love my job but am so busy at my desk all day that I end up spending almost 8 to 9 hrs sitting down. I am 60 yrs old and will need a lot of encouragment from everyone. Glad I joined My Fitness Pal.

    I am an Administrative Assistant. Love my job and whom I work with. Thankfully I am able to get up and down through out the day.

    I'm a unit secretary at a hospital. I don't sit all day though. I cant stay still so I end up walking around and helping with pts way more than I have to.
