Not trying to lose weight because I am currently 4 months pregnant. This is just a great tool to keep me on track to make sure that I am getting enough. Anyone else out there? I feel like I am eating sooo much but am having trouble meeting daily requirements. Protein no problem but calories still very low. It 's the way I have been accustomed to eating for years as an extremely conscience healthy eater. I don't feel like I am losing weight for sure so I must be getting enough.

I recently had a MC but my husband and I are determined to try again. I want to be in better shape to have a healthy prenancy. Good luck with your pregnancy and CONGRATS!0

I'm planning to continue tracking even though I am also pregnant. I don't want to completely abandon the healthy lifestyle I have been trying to lead, and I figure it will help with losing the baby weight afterwards if I stay in the habit of tracking.
I'm in the first trimester now, so I am finding it hard to eat much at all. I am so queasy all the time. The thought of food repulses me for the most part (first time in my life THAT has ever been the case). I miss my salads, etc., but I cannot stomach the thought of eating one. I am in between the 6th and 7th week right now, which is supposed to be the worst time for the morning sickness, so I hope I can get back to a more well-balanced diet soon!0 -
I am actually in my last trimester at 36 weeks expecting my second boy! I really want to lose the baby weight and then some as quickly as I can so that I can feel better about myself and take care of my kids and husband. So, since I am so close to my due date I probably won't be doing anything on here just yet. I will also be breast feeding. Does anyone know if there is a way to modify the calorie count for breast feeding moms?

Breastfeeding mommas need 300 calories per day per infant fed. On your breakfast menu you enter food item as breastfeeding and it negates 300 calories. At least that is how I have seen it posted on a friends food diary....
