Every other day I do 30 minutes of repetitive kettlebell exercises e.g swings, squats, round the worlds, figure eights etc.. I don't have access to a HRM so I was just wandering what activity I should log it as?I can feel my heart rate increase when doing it and I do sweat.I'm 5ft 4.5 and 110lb

Just bumping this up as I am starting kettlebell classes and have no idea how to log it either. Hopefully someone will be along soon to tell us!0

Hi I did a search there and found this I just copied and pasted.
Just go into my exercises and create one and title it "Gold's Gym Kettlebell Challenge Class" and enter 60 minutes and 300 calories. Erica said this will be the proxy for every class. I couldn't find it either so I just created my own like the aforementioned.

I always log my kettlebell workouts as "circuit training, general" . If you have a HRM you could always use that, but I don't have on yet.0
