1/3 of the way to my goal...with pic

I started my weight loss the 2nd Monday of May 2012. I'm not sure of my exact weight at the time. I'm going to say I was around 283 at the time. I was guided to MFP in June of 2012 by a close friend. Since May, I have lost 37 pounds. I have reduced my calorie intake and have started working out on a regular basis.

Here are a couple of pictures of me. The one from 2010 was taken in August of that year. The other is my most recent. I took it a couple of weeks ago.
