Logging the 30 Day Shred

I'm starting the 30 Day Shred today and I was wondering how I am supposed to log it into my exercise diary so that it will calculate my calories burned since I do not have a HRM yet. TIA!!

    you can log it on here as circuit training. i have a HRM and i get approx the same numbers. just make sure to only log the time you're actually working. don't include breaks :) alot of ppl will say buy a monitor but they're expensive. mfp is a good estimator IF you log it right

    I log mine is as 20 minutes of circuit training. A lot of other MFP-ers do the same.
