How do you calculate Juicing ?

My wife and I just started MFP and so far it's is working well. Our question is this . We like to juice but are unsure of how to accurately calculate the calories. Can we just look up each individual item or is there a more accurate way to do this since the skin is left on most of the time with things like beets and carrots. Thank you for your ideas.

I would look up each individual ingredient. If you share the juice between the two of you, you can enter all the fruits and veggies in the recipe maker and split the recipe into servings.0

adding the individual fruits isn't accurate because you are losing a large amount of vits, mins and cals (i.e. what in the skin that you aren't drinking but would be eating....)0
