I found it on amazon for like $6 and am just wondering who has used it and if it is worth it? I pretty much have my eating habits under control, and im about to move out of my apartment complex that has a gym.
I live in phoenix, az so anything outdoors is out of the question. Thoughts?

I personally like the Ripped in 30 a lot better. They are both good workouts though.0

I think it's well worth the $6. I haven't done it 30 consecutive days as many others have, but it's a great workout when I only have 20 minutes to cram in cardio and strength. I use it on days when I don't get up early enough to do my normal 30-40 minute run + 10-20 minutes of strength, and I always feel the burn.0
