how active should I outoud I put on my settings?

I go on the treadmill for 30 minutes and 3.5 mph 5 times a week. How active is that considered?

Choose the lowest setting. Your workouts should be separate.0

I put myself in as sedentary and then I log my calories burned from exercise each time. In my case, it's the only way that makes sense since my exercise is highly variable dependent on a bunch of factors.0

I would say inactive.0

I guess "Lightly Active" and try to eat back a proportion of your exercise calories or "sendentary" if you really don't do anything much but make sure you eat back the calories to avoid going too low.0
