Should I Go To The Doctors?

I've got issues with my ankles and knees.

Background on the ankles, at least, my right ankle has been involved with a couple of accidents (getting smacked by a pro hockey player during a match, getting pinned to a wall by a full freezer and general clumsiness) but all the major ones were followed by RICE. The left ankle has had to take the brunt of when I can't put wait on the right one and it appears to be suffering.

Lately at work we're having to stand for the eight and a half hours of it, and at the end of it sometimes feels like my ankles are going to pop right out but I always think in the morning it'll be fine.

The knees seem to crackle when I move.

So... to the doctors?

Nobody here is feeling what you're feeling or knows what your body is truly doing in comparison to what it was before. And we also aren't medical professionals whose advice should be given on possible actual medical issues.

If you're feeling like you should go see a doctor, then clearly it's hit a point where you feel it's bad/important/severe enough to go. So trust yourself, your instincts and your body. :)

obviously we can't give you a "diagnosis" so to speak but if you feel like going to the Dr. go! At least if you go you have a better chance of preventing future injury!

yes. go to the doctor. i was soooo glad i went to the drs when i was having knee pain, turned out it was runners knee. i was seriously prepared for the worst but it turns out it was all helped by some physical therapy. yay! GO.
