How often should I weigh in??

How often should i weigh in? how i have it right now im weighing in once a month, but i wonder if i should do it more often or wait longer. what should I do?

    You should weigh in every week, the same day of the week. This is how you can track your progress.

    I weigh myself every morning just to make sure I know where I am every day. Some people do it once a week. I am dropping two pounds a week so I like to see if my numbers drop.

    i check it once a week... i would think once a month is abit too long.

    Studies show that people who weigh in weekly are more successful at keeping the weight off. Why not start the habit now?

    Whatever you can handle. If you're fine once a month, keep on. If you are kinda nervous for that monthly weigh in, try weekly instead.
  • I weigh in every Monday first thing in the morning after I wake up.
  • I check my weight every morning at about 7:00 a.m. I weigh in every Monday morning and log that weight on my profile here. The daily check helps keep me on track.

    Entirely personal preference. I weigh daily (every morning upon waking, right after a bathroom break, no clothes), but I also expect fluctuations and don't freak over them. Some people experience major stress if the scale goes up a tenth of a pound from one day to the next - for such people, weekly/monthly weighing is probably more beneficial. Do whatever suits you best.
  • Alright I think im gonna start weighing in once a week :), that way I could keep a closer eye on how much im losing ;D
  • Sometimes I'm tempted to check more often but yeah, once a week in the morning is probably the best time. ^^
