To workout or not to workout advice please!!

To workout or not to workout today. I'm just over the flue, I'm pretty sure I'm hydrated again and am beginning to eat for the first time in 4 days. I still have a headache and go through bouts of feeling tired, then energized. I had a decent lunch, lots of water so far today. Kids going to nap soon so I was wondering if I should workout or suntan in the yard lol
I think I'm up to it. What do you all think about me doing some cardio/weights in today? I'm hoping I can get some responses in quickly :)

    ps I did some hatha yoga/tai chi this morning to wake my body up from it's 4 day non active/bed rest state

    Do something light until you feel 100% =) Sometimes your body needs rest, and that's okay!

  • Listen to your body and also try some powerade while water hydrate it doesn't replenish electrolytes
