30 days ago I started a new workout regimen called DDPYoga. You're encouraged when you begin to take 6 photos in various positions so you can SEE your progress, here's my six after 30 days:

I hate yoga, but seeing how much your body has changed, and how much more flexible you are, I might maybe consider thinking about going to a yoga studio and seeing if they'll have me
