    Third of all, can you give me an idea on how you achieved this loss? Like, what kinds of food did you eat? What was your daily calorie goal?

    Im wonderin tha same thing Krizzle is.. ^^^ And u do look absolutely amazing!!! U hav made me feel like its possible 4 me 2 do the same thing!! I started @ 286 n now im 277. Its been an uphill n downhill battle 4 me. @ 1 point i was down 25lbs then i gained it back.. Any suggestions wud b so appreciated.. UR AMAZING GIRL!!!!!!
