Ugh, I have excuses why, but bottom line, is I haven't been on in 2 weeks. I pigged out at a few parties and felt horrible about it, that's why I am back. I really need some encouragement.

Well perhaps the next party you go to and face the snack area you will recall how you feel right now. Live and learn and one day we will have it all working. Of course we have to balance it, but I am with you if I slip a bit then it is easier and easier... so you can only do better next time and not starting again and getting back at will do what for you???0

I couldn't possibly count the number of times I've fallen off my diet in the last year. What's important is what you do now. Forgive yourself and continue the diet. And I would guess a big part of that 5 pounds is water weight. You might find that you haven't set yourself back that far at all.0

We've all done it. Just start again. Maybe eat before you go to the next party so you're not as hungry. You can do it!!0

We've all been there! You can get back on track! Figure out what wasn't working for you (parties, late night snacking, stress, whatever) and do your best to change it. Make a plan - a realistic plan, and then remember that it takes time to see changes, but results are the best motivation - once you start seeing results again, you'll remember how great it is to pass up the junk food in order to feel better in your clothes and that will help you make better choices

I just fell off a bit today and felt kinda horrible but u just gotta get back up and don't QUIT!!! I know that I will NEVER go back up to the weight I used to be! That makes me want to strive harder so that's what you need to do! We all need Motivation and Support but We need to be our BIGBEST MOTIVATORS AND SUPPORTERS!!!!!0
