This is my second time here, the 1st I managed to loose 80lbs, but I have been foolish and put half of that back on in the last 12 months. Looking for friends for encouragement and to encourage them.

    A word of encouragement - (although I feel discouraged with my weight at the moment I have gained 7 lbs)

    In February of 2010 I weighed 120 kg (which at 5'4 is morbidly obese). I am now weighing in at 47 kg. It was a very hard slog but with grit and determination I did it.

    I just wanted to say to anyone trying to lose weight, however little or much, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
