Need some advice on my eating habits!

Hello!

I hope somebody can help me with this.. I'm new to this app/dieting and don't know if what I am eating is healthy or will give me results. My stats are:

Female 22,
5'1 (154cm) and 57kg. I'm not worried so much about how much I weigh but I do want to look more trim. I carry a lot of weight in my thighs which I'm hoping to shift.

Anyway.. so Monday-Fri my diet looks like this:

Breakfast: Weight watchers yoghurt
Morning Tea: hard boiled egg
Lunch: Sugarfree V and a medium salad with no dressing (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, handful of olives, jalapenos, beetroot and a small handful of walnuts)
Dinner: Usually soup and a dinner roll or a 6 piece of egg sushi and a small udon or oven baked fish with steamed veges.

In the weekend I usually have a BLT or something for lunch and and I go out once a fortnight and will drink around 4 pints or 5 glasses of red wine. My dinners in the weekend varies but aren't overly unhealthy (sometimes I have pasta with mushroom sauce though which I know can't be that good)

I work in an office and walk home daily which is on the flat for around 25 mins.

I've been logging my food and its about 1000 cals a day. I'm never hungry though! I've read this isn't enough but I don't really need to eat any more?? I drink 1.5L of water a day at least as well.

Will I lose weight in my legs by sticking to this? Is there anything I should change? I'm hoping to lose weight before Christmas so only 4 months to go!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

  • Doesnt seem like you are eating enough to me.

    I think also if you want to lose weight from or 'spot tone' your thighs as such it will require specific exercises that are targeted for that area.
