I have tried so many different ways and nothing sticks. Recently I even got a personal trainer and that was big flop. I had always wanted to get a personal trainer but could not take on the expense and for my birthday that was my present to myself. I was recommended to this guy that owned a gym about 20 minutes away. I did 8 sessions with him and it was a joke. He was always late and always cut our sessions short. He never did a weigh in and measured inches. The diet plan was a joke, so coming from no plan to what a body builder eats is crazy. I came to find out that he was more interested in his clients that did Body Building. Anyways losing weight is something that I think about 24/7. I am so self conscious of the way that I look. Any advice, help or support is always welcomed here!

my advice is to keep a very tight training schedule and keep using myfitness pal ... if you are honest with your self and note every thing down that you eat and train on the days you set out to train on , the weight will start to come off ....
ive just came off a bulking diet to build muscle and now im trying to eat about 1700 calorie a day to lose excess weight ive gained its hard going but just need to keep at it .. NO CHEATING lol0 -
