is this a healthy breakfast?

before i go and "indulge" in what sounds like a very fulfilling breakfast to me, does this sound like a healthy breakfast to you guys
one strawberry banana smoothie- made with 1 banana, half cup strawberries, half cup orange juice, half container and of dannon light and fit yogurt - 169 cal
one piece of aunt millies whole grain light toast - 35 cal
1t promise butter - 15 cal
1 egg - 70 cal

yes or no?

    Yes sounds good to me. You have fruit, protein and little carbs. If your counting it in and it works go for it. Its better to have your carbs early on and less later in the day.

    Sounds fine to me lol.

    I usually go for the big breakfast though lol. I need to eat more to bulk and breakfast is usually my biggest meal of the day.

    I have:
    3 or 4 whole eggs either scrambled or omelette.
    Homemade hashbrown which is just grated potato, egg yolk and fried in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
    2 links of turkey sausage
    Sometimes trimmed bacon
    Sugar and Salt Reduced Baked Beans

    Today's breakfast came to 940 calories, that was with two cups of tea, no sugar. The meat is always grilled, fat is trimmed off and I make sure it's all measured. A breakfast which contains healthy fats, some carbs and a lot of protein sounds good enough to me.
