Calories in Super Noodles

Hello,

I love super noodles for dinner, especially if i pop it into my own soup stock and chuck loads of vegetables in.

However, i've just discovered that they are about 500kcals per little pack. this is ridiculous! I only get 200kcal from a pack of Udon noodles, so i am not understanding this.

Anyone knows why they are so calorific, and which brands are low?

    the noodles i eat are ALWAYS full of calories. and ii can't resist it because i was born eating noodles. but, i really want to loose weight, so that's why i limit myself to once per week or perhaps once every two week. if i have to i'll just eat half of the serving.

    It's shocking to find out the calories in the things you thought were good for you.

    My shell shock moment, was finding out the calories in the Chipotle tortilla - 330 :noway:
    I used to think Chipotle was almost like health food. :ohwell:

    I buy them at HEB- it's the closest thing we have to a Whole Foods- I love udon!
