How often should I weigh myself?

    I weigh once a week and measure every 2 weeks!

    Weigh yourself as often as you would like...just make sure you are consistent in the weigh ins to see trends.

    So if you weigh yourself every other day, make sure you do it around same time and do it for several weeks before you do the OH MY GOD moment where you think you lost/gained a bunch of weight.

    I had to go to once a week. Otherwise I am obsessing about the numbers..and not the fact my clothes are fitting way better.

    I weigh myself daily in the morning, keeps me on track and prevents binges :)

    Is it true that you are lightest first thing in the morning? I try to weigh myself every two weeks at around 6pm (before dinner) on Sat nights.
