100 side lat raises DONE with 3 lb weights (tried the 5 lb weights for the first 10...and knew I would not finish). The video was grrreat THANKS!...I *really* want to do these exercises CORRECTLY! Will keep this challenge personally...I want nice looking arms and UPPER Body STRENGTH!! :bigsmile:0 -

100 Side lats - while dinner was cooking, used "Dole Tropical Fruit" cans for weights. LOL0 -
100 Side lats - I did squats yesterday, so only did 50 lunges.0
