Hey all,
After being on this site for ages and continuously failing I thought I would just check in and say hi!
I am 27, 6 ft 2 in and weigh in at 18 stone. Used to have a decent enough body, about 14%BF but now it is up at 32% since tearing my patella tendon playing rugby and having it operated on.
I am joining back up at the gym at the end of the month and will be back tracking my foods.
What are the best ways to get and stay motivated?
Thanks for reading,
Mark

Hi Mark,
welcome back. Im pretty new here to be honest started back in June and only just discovering the community sections. For me staying motivated is not too bad....I want to change the way i look more han anything esle. The MFP app really spurs me on to make sure i record everything i eat.
A firend of mine said i would always be fat even when im 40.. ( 5yrs to go) and so that became my challenge. iv set my self a goal of getting there by december. maybe set your self a realistic goal and then once you reach it, set yourself another one.0 -
Hey guys, welcome back! I wish you both the best of luck, feel free to add me for motivation and support! United we stand!! :happy:0

Hi Mark. I think the first step to getting motivated is to commit, and I mean REALLY commit to changing your lifestyle and doing this thing. So everyday you have to do a workout it's a choice, do you choose to do be commited to succeed and smash your workout or not do one at all. Being healthy is a decision. Feel free to add me. I'm always on here posting motivation, following up with my mates. So I'm always around to chat if you need anything. Tomorrow get up and put your trainers on and get a workout in.0
