Need to stay motivated

Hi guys, my name is Kia and I really want to keep up with exercise and diet to be a healthier me. I am 199lbs and even though I don't look obese I feel out of shape and not comfortable with myself. The hardest part is staying motivated and keeping up with healthy choices. I'm using the myfitnesspal app on my phone to try and help but if anyone has any advice or support I'd really appreciate it.

I work 40+ hours and week and go to school so I don't have time for 4-5 workouts a week but I'm trying for 2-3.
