*giggle* People here are just as brutal as other places. They may be more so since most of them are hungry.

Yes. Minor mistakes don't matter so much, but being able to express yourself clearly is very important.

This is picky, but it's been bugging me lately- I'm going to say this once and move on.

'Weight' as a verb does not mean to 'weigh' something; it means to make something heavier. You weigh yourself on a scale to determine your weight. You weight a stack of papers so they don't blow away.

That one that bugs me the most is "could of", "should of" and "would of". Grammatically, it simply doesn't make any sense. I haven't seen it here yet but I have on several other sites. What they are attempting to say is "could've", "should've" and "would've". I realize how it sounds when spoken, but have these people honestly never learned contractions?

    Could have = Could've
    Should have = Should've
    Would have = Would've

The word "of" has no place here.

    Anyway...

    How about LOL?

I never write LOL. I bet 90% of people write "lol" even when they think it's not funny.

    Mother Nature is cruel.

I'm a dyslexic Grammar Nazi. I notice the mistakes, but I know the second I point one out, I'm going to misspell my own frickin' name.

Can we please refrain from saying "I seen?" I'm getting an eye twitch just typing it.
