Does anyone have any suggestions for workout videos on Netflix that I can watch instantly??

    I don't know about Netflix but there are some Fitness Blender videos on YouTube (also available instantly at fitnessblender.com) that I find palatable. (I never say LIKE since that is too strong for the way I feel about exercise even if I have finally gotten to the point that I do it anyway, in spite of my aversion. :o) )

    there are some movies with sex/nudity but nothing good enough that could be substituted for porn :P

    I'm pretty sure Netflix removed all of the fitness and workout titles from their Instant library at the end of last month.

    Netflix lost their contract for the fitness DVDs :( They were there a week ago and now they're GONE!!! I talked to Customer Service and they said they lost the contract. Try Hulu.com.. but unless you go pro, there's commercials. YouTube is my other source.

    I found some but you have to eally hunt them down. I think the category was sports and fitness. They have a lot of the exercise tapes on DVD (rather than streaming)-I'm waiting on a tae-bo one right now. I also saw a lot of crunch videos so you may want to do a search for "crunch" and see what you get. Unfortunately I already had most of the titles I saw on Netflix. If I have wireless, I wonder if I could get you tube videos through the internet on my WII? I didn't even think of that, anyone think it would work?

    As of August 1 they no longer have fitness videos on Netflix. Try YouTube.

    They seem to have taken all of the fitness videos off of there. I was enjoying a yoga vid on there- and then one day it was just gone :( Youtube does have some good stuff- doign 30 Day Shred right now...

    I've watched youtube videos on the wii before, so that would work just go through the internet browser

    I have a roku that we use to watch netflix on our tv. There are several fitness/workout channels on the roku that are free.
