If you are like me and can't always get to a class or get bored with your current set of DVDs, here is a great website where you can find live (and on demand) classes that have been well video taped and produced.

    Strange, I have never gotten bored...

    The whole process of getting better, learning more, and adapting to set backs has been enough on its own. I make time for each work out so there is never "couldn't make it to the gym today"
