I too am searching for kid friendly meals. They refuse to eat chicken, fish ect...
The healthy food thing is getting really old around my house.
You’ve heard the saying pick your battles “I pick up curb side for them on the way home from work, as long as it’s not too late, and only twice a week!”

I tried the turkey muffins, and that was a big hit
On the lines of a turkey meatloaf, but in a muffin pan.

Thanks to all the people on this website I’ve lost 25 lbs.

    4 Cheese Macaroni

    9 oz pasta
    1 c skim milk
    3 oz sharp cheddar grated
    3 oz Monterey Jack grated
1 1/2 oz American cheese grated
    1 1/2 oz mozzarella grated
    1/2 tsp white pepper

In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta 8-10 minutes, until tender. Drain and return to pot
Add milk, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, American cheese, mozzarella cheese and white pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes until cheeses are melted.

I love mac and cheese I know it is not the most healthy but this is one that I have. I do have others also and have not tried all of them. So let me know how it is if you try it.
