Just Dance - How Many Sweat Beads/Calories?

Hi, I've just lost 1145 sweat beads on The Healthy Choice on Just Dance Best Of. The game says that 1000 sweat beads is the equivalent of running for 30 minutes. How do I know what calories I have lost? Also, do I enter it on here that I have played Just Dance or that I have run for 30minutes? Please help, Sarah x

    There is an option to select JUST DANCE WII when u search for it in the exercise bit. its about 400 calories per hour. how long did u do?
