Question about sleeping
Options
So, this has been happening to me more and more lately and I was wondering if anyone had any similar experiences or any tips. Often times after I've been asleep for maybe an hour or two I wake up with the feeling like I'm choking on something. It always scares me and it takes me a few minutes to calm down after it happens. I've been told I don't really snore but I don't know if that means anything. Anyone have this as well?

I would see a doctor. Could be sleep apnea, which you should not mess around with. Definitely see a Dr.0
