Newbie here

Hi all,

I'm a new Newbie here. Here is my situation. I have been working out since last year but never count my calories, this my be a reason why workout everyday and not losing a lbs. My friend told me to start counting what I eat. I found "fitnesspal", hope you guys here can motivate and help me reach my goal. Now time to change and stop pple making fun of me being fat. I used to weight 120 when i first came to the US but now I'm 149 lbs I'm 5.4. Eventho I'm not look like i'm 150 lbs. but it time for me to change not for any body else but ME.

    Good for you. Keep your tracking on point, and the lbs will come off. This is a great place for support if you can drown out all the trolls.
