Saw a quote this morning that brought my mind immediately to the journey so many of us MFP'ers are on:
"Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good."
Wow, I thought... so often lately I've seen people disappointed by plateaus, not hitting goals they wanted to hit, indulging on occasion etc. but this quote reinforces to me what I try to tell my friends... having a goal on the scale is great, but if you're aiming for that to define you or be your perfection, then you are discrediting all the good you've done in the way of improved health and fitness.
Cheers to all... you have to be good before you can be perfect, whatever that is.
