UPDATE: on the lump in my breast

Well I went for my Ultrasound today at the hospital and am pleased to report that the consultant said the lump is just glandular and has probably been there forever but i have just noticed it because of the weight i have lost, so all the fatty tissue isn't getting in the way anymore! :happy: :happy: :happy:

Am VERY relieved! Not had a good week diet wise but am getting straight back into today!!
