I posted this in another forum and didn't mean to lol. It was suppose to be in this one.
I have found love in this fitness!!! Just in these past 4days I have changed my outlook on food. I've added in more fruits and veggies, I've looked more into different recipes, and I enjoy it more. Why didn't I do this SOONER?!?!. I guess I wasn't really ready back then and make the effort. Yes I still have a few bad foods, but thats the way I want it. I don't want to cut everything out, I just want to make it better. I've turned alot of bad foods into a healthier recipe. With an 9month daughter, a boyfriend who works 4days a week 12-14hrs a day and taking care of the house, grocery shopping, landury, etc by myself, I still find time to exercise. It's very hard and right now my body is going through changes due to lack of sleep on some days but I know at the end this is ALL going to be worth it. I do have days where I want to stop and forget it all, but those days I have to remind myself that I can do it, this is for my health and my daughters. Seeing my daughter every morning and knowing that she's looking up to me is whats keeping me going every day. By this time next year I hope to be at my goal weight and stay there!!!!

Good job with making better food choices. I totally understand what you are saying about not 100% clean eating. I've made healthier choices when I cook. I eat way more fruits and veggies. I know that I drink way more water bc I don't drink sodas. Keep at it!!!!0
