Help with Dinner!

Had a great big Ceasar Salad and Soup and Breadsticks for lunch! Delicous!
HOWEVER,
I have 500 calories left for dinner (not a problem) but 1 gram of FAT only! I can't burn off fat so I need to know what to do! I can't skip dinner, that won't happen! I'll just overindulge on a late night snack!

Your going to have to get your butt to the gym and grab yourself some extra allowance on your daily totals. there is no magical fat free food that you can have, and I doubt that you want to eat cardboard for dinner. Just make it as light as possible. Grilled chicken, baked potato, and grilled/steamed veggies. Your going to go over your fat...but if you dont eat a balanced dinner and end up splurging late night, your going to go over on everything.0

Thanks! You both just helped make dinner! Still under my calories, only 2 grams of fat over (and that's from the very healthy 1/2 a chicken breast I'm going to eat!). I can even have a fat free dessert and still make goal on everything else!
