Need a Healthy Bunco Recipe!
I have bunco with the girls tomorrow and want to bring something DEELISH, but healthy (since so much of the food there isn't). Thinking of an appetizer dish, but I am open to your suggestions.
Any ideas that would be quick (I don't have much time between getting home from work and getting to bunco), or that I could make tonight that would hold up until tomorrow night?
Thanks!

1 lb turkey sausage (breakfast style substituted for Jimmy Dean)
1 block low fat cream cheese or your preferred substitue
1 can Rotel
brown sausage, drain (probably won't need to)
reduce heat to low
add in Rotel and cream cheese
stir it all together
great served with pita chips or tortilla chips or just about anything else
you can increase as much as needed based upon how many people you have
makes up fast and easy, takes only about 10 -15 minutes and you can either put it in a crock pot or rewarm in the microwave when you get there.0 -

These are good. You can buy some precooked chicken to save time.0 -
Yummm--these sound really good (I am hungry for lunch!). SoVeryBlessed.com looks like it would have some great recipes too!
Thanks!0
