early 30"s and could use some help

Hi, I just signed up for this program. Heard about it from a friend who is looking amazing, and told me how it has helped her. I would love to be a success story to, because I am sick of remembering the ones that failed. Need to lose at least 40 pds (hoping for more) and it just seems so unreachable. I would love to hear from people about good recipes and good, fun exercises I can do. Any that could include my children (ages 7-10) would be great. It is easier to do if I can include all three of them as well.

Welcome! You can add me as well - I'd love to get my kids out with me for bike rides and walks, but they aren't always interested! My 12 year old daughter does like to come running with me occasionally because she dances and needs to work on her endurance.
6 months ago I would have thought that 30 pounds was impossible and painful and too much work, but I was wrong! It's been fun and wonderful to see the changes my body is going through and to know that it hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be!!0 -
Feel free to add me! I'm 34, I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. My food diary is open so you can see what I eat every day, and my kids usually eat the same, or similar.
Exercise-wise, I go to the gym a lot, and I also go out a lot with my children and we walk everywhere (well, my 1 year old sits in the buggy). I'm a teacher so off work until Sept and we've been out every day of the Summer hols so far....park, beach, soft play etc.0
