STOP! No more shampoo! Use dish soap instead.

My Mom sent me this... I'm not much for forwarded emails but this is fantastic:

It's so good to finally get a health warning that is useful !
INVOLVES THE SHAMPOO . . . WHEN IT RUNS DOWN YOUR BODY WHEN YOU SHOWER WITH IT !!!!
WARNING TO US ALL !!!
Shampoo Warning !
I don't know WHY I didn't figure this out sooner!
I use shampoo in the shower!
When I wash my hair, the shampoo runs down my whole body, and Printed very clearly on the shampoo label is this warning,
"FOR EXTRA BODY AND VOLUME."
No wonder I have been gaining weight!
Well! I have gotten rid of that shampoo and I am going to start showering with Dawn dish soap instead. Its label reads,
"DISSOLVES FAT THAT IS OTHERWISE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE."
Problem solved!
If I don't answer the phone I'll be in the shower!

    I seriously think that is the best thing I have ever heard. Will be trying this the next time I shower.

    I use dishsoap when I'm out of shampoo and too poor to buy more. Nothing happened to me... I must be a special snowflake.

    Not everyone has the opportunity to monitor the MFP boards obsessively in order to prevent repeat postings (as evidenced by the constant "Should I eat my exercise calories?" threads).

    For the record, I've actually HAD to wash my hair with dish soap (I was under a car removing the power steering pump, and dumped about a quart of power steering fluid on my head) Regular shampoo didn't take it out; Dawn did...but my hair felt like a Brillo pad afterward.
