I like you love junk food. Chips, crackers, dip, doughnuts, chocolate, you get the picture. But I have found that you can still have some junk mixed in with the good, you just have to plan for it. Request sent.

I hear alot of my story in there man, even doing your own cooking ( I love to cook) didnt help me because I was making more and more comfort food. Feel free to add me and I wish you the best!

I can relate to this! I learned to make great pie! I had one too many in a short space of time. Let's just say "plus 10." :-) I still cook but have to negotiate around that part of the cookbook.

Feel free to add me! I love finding new friends. It seems to re-energize me! I have struggled with this in the past. If you want to friend me, I can tell you what I have tried and what has worked in terms of avoiding the evening binge. Cheers and good luck!

Anyone on here can feel free to add me. The healthier you eat, and longer you stick with it, the better you will start to feel. Eventually if you stick with it... "bad food" will make you feel horrible, and good food will make you feel great.

I always fail during the social part too... I see everyone else around me order desserts and I cave... so now because I know I don't have the discipline (YET) I meet up with friends after for a coffee instead...

It totally sucks to stop socialising but I want this so much and feel that I need to surround myself with positive people that have the same goals. It's temporary. Till I find the confidence to say NO!

If you want this too... please add me we can totally help each other say NO!

Add me. I read your blog and yes we all, or most, suffer from the same feelings toward food.I am a foodie and have to play mind games so I can hang tight through the struggles. The problem is, the fat girl inside me sometimes is a step ahead of me. Come and be my friend. We will conquer this through good friends and a strong community.
