Female 23 5'1 and 115lbs

Any other girls in a similar situation as me?
trying to lose 10 lbs and tone up my abs, arms and butt... I do cardio and strength training 4-5x a week.
I eat 1000-1400 cals a day...

Anyone wanna be friends? :)

    Sure, I'm 28, 5'2", 110lbs. I'm trying to tone up all over and get rid of the inner tube I've got going on around my midsection, but I don't anticipate the number on the scale actually dropping.

    Are you eating enough protein? Don't go just by the numbers on the scale, possibly take your measurements to see if you lose inches. Possibly try changing up your workout routine if your have been doing the same for an extended period of time
