Daily Calorie Allowance Question

I have a question about my daily calorie goal, which is set at 1560 based on my basal metabolic rate. I am a 24 y/o female, 5'9" and 160lbs. I want to lose 10 lbs.

I notice when I update my exercise diary, it also updates my calorie allowance for the day by increasing it. I've been exercising quite a bit (approximately 2 hours 5-6 times per week), so this increases the calorie allowance considerably. I've been going by this updated/increased goal but usually still going about 200 calories under. Am I correct to be "eating back" some of these calories gained by exercising? I've been doing so through Greek yogurt, peanut butter and apples, etc.-nothing junky. My instinct is that since I don't want to lose a lot and have been so active I'm probably doing the right thing.

Thanks for the advice.

some say eat it back and some say don't... its really up to you to see which way works for you.

I don't eat the calories because your need to be less then what you burned. I would recommend not using them to see how it goes. Just eat a lot of protein.
