Most cups - eg for cooking, mean 250ml

I love mango, and mfp gives calories acc to a cup of mango....???? any suggestions?0 -
A cup of food is about the size of an orange. What you can hold in the cupped palm of your hand. A cup is measured by 8 oz of water, so 1 cup of water weighs 8 oz as well as = 8 fluid oz. Hope this helps!0
