Adjusting calories for university.

I'm going back to university tomorrow, and my activity level is going to change dramatically. I'll have rugby practice three times a week for two hours, lift on Tuesday/Thursday, and play in an 80 minute game on Saturdays. Currently, I'm at 1795, but is that really enough for my activity level? I still want to lose weight, but I don't want to lose it too quickly. I used Scooby's calculator and would be put at 2016 for a 20% reduction, using the setting of "3-5 hrs/wk of moderate exercise." Would you guys consider a sports practice moderate or strenuous exercise? I'm 19, 177 lbs, and 5'3".
Just trying to get some opinions on this, thanks! :flowerforyou:

according to fat2fitradio.com, I think you need closer to 2600 calories daily!
http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ I think I would consider you to be very active since you have something active going on 6 days a week0 -
Wow, that's a lot. Good thing I love to eat. Anyone else with opinions/advice?0
